New businesses, found while they’re still setting up.
Every week we match new Florida LLCs against state licenses, city tax applications, permits and federal trucking registrations. When two public records point to the same new business, it goes on your list with the business phone and email we found on file.

A filing alone isn't a lead. Two records are.
Most new LLCs never buy a commercial policy. The ones that file a second record are getting ready to operate.
Filing
A new LLC registers with the Florida Division of Corporations.

The same business pulls a contractor or liquor license, applies for a city tax receipt, files a food plan review or gets a USDOT number.

Straight answers.
How is this different from a list of new LLCs?
Plain new-LLC lists include holding companies, side projects and shells. We only list a business after a second public record shows it is getting ready to operate: a license, a permit, a city tax application or a USDOT number.
Where do the phone numbers come from?
From the business's own filings: its city tax application, its state license application or its federal carrier registration. We mark rows with no phone on file instead of guessing.
Can I get only trucking, or only restaurants?
Yes. Standard is filtered to the lines you write at no extra cost.
Which counties do you cover?
Hillsborough today, with Pinellas and Pasco next. Alachua is covered separately.
Is there a free trial?
No trial, but every agency can request a free 5-lead sample in its niche before paying.
