1. Who we are and what this covers
Entivaro LLC ("Entivaro," "we") runs entivarodata.com and sells weekly reports of new Florida businesses to commercial insurance agencies. This policy covers three groups: visitors to this site, agencies that request a sample or subscribe, and the businesses that appear in our reports. Contact: support@entivarodata.com · 6421 N. Florida Ave, Suite D-1757, Tampa, FL 33604.
2. Information you give us
- Request form: agency or company name, your name, work email, phone if you give it, the lines of business you write, your primary market, number of producers, any note you add, and whether you ticked the optional updates box. The form also records the page you sent it from, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the link, so we know which outreach works.
- Subscriptions: billing name, business name, email and phone. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank account number.
- Emails you send us.
3. How we use it
- To answer your request and send the sample or reports you asked for.
- To run your subscription and send billing and service emails.
- To send occasional product updates only if you ticked the optional box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose: Formspree (website form delivery and storage), Google Workspace (email), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting and security). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
4. Cookies and automatic data
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not use browser storage. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard security logs (such as IP address and browser type) and may set a strictly necessary security cookie to block abusive traffic. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. If we add analytics, we will use a cookie-free tool or ask for consent first, and update this page.
5. Businesses that appear in our reports
Our reports contain business information from public records: business names, filing and license records, and the business phone numbers and emails listed in those filings. These records are public under Florida law and federal disclosure rules. We use them only for business-to-business marketing and prospecting, our subscribers are contractually barred from using them for credit, insurance, employment or housing eligibility decisions, and we do not compile information about anyone's personal life.
To remove a business from future reports, email support@entivarodata.com with the business name and, if you have it, its Sunbiz document number. We will remove it from future reports within 10 business days and confirm by email.
6. Your privacy requests
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you marketing email. Email support@entivarodata.com with "Privacy request" in the subject. We will confirm we received it, may ask for information to verify it's you, and will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request. If a law where you live gives you additional rights, contact us and we will honor them as that law requires.
7. How long we keep information
Request-form submissions are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a subscriber or ask us to delete them sooner. Subscriber and billing records are kept while you subscribe and for as long as tax and legal rules require afterward.
8. Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), security headers that block other sites from framing this page, and access controls on our systems. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as Florida law (Fla. Stat. § 501.171) requires.
9. Children
This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Where data is stored
Our service providers store data in the United States. We do not target or market to people outside the United States.
11. Changes
We will post updates here with a new effective date, and email subscribers about material changes.
